A change in season is a good indicator for a change in moose behavior. The moose have shed their velvet and will engage in light sparing. Look for moose along hwy 14 in the Big Horn Mountains before the hunting season. Despite their size and color they are hard to spot in the tall thick willow, but they are there just ask any fisherman.
