When the male tanager returns to the nest with a beak full of worms, he will pass food directly into the female's beak.
If she is not at the nest, he will feed the chicks. In this case, the male seems to get a little confused when the female
is present and the chick reaches for the food. The worms hang in the air as the female waits for the transfer.
